We upgraded the CAQ website and email server last weekend, and some people have had trouble accessing their email since this change.
Your usernames and passwords have not changed. Please try clearing your browser history and rebooting your computer / device - most often this will correct the problem.
If rebooting makes no difference, you may have to reconfigure your mail settings in Outlook. Please follow the link below to check if your current settings are correct. There are also step by step instructions on how to configure your email account in Outlook.
If you still cannot send or receive mail, please contact (from a personal email account) and ask for assistance. Please specify what operating system you use (Windows 7, 8, 10), and what Mail Client you are using (Outlook 2016, Outlook 365).
