Format and any variations Day One is play in 2 blocks for all entrants, with seven 13 point ,1 hr timed games. 

Day 2 – the top 4 scoring players from each block will form an XYZ knockout – best of 3 games per match with a time limit of 4hrs for each match. Players can have a 5 minute break between games and a short lunch break between matches.

Day 3 - the final matches will be Best of Five 13 pt games timed at 70 mins for each game. Players can have 5 min breaks between games and one lunch break of 20 minutes if required.

The remaining entrants will play for the plate. The format will be determined by the number of players. Either an XYZ knockout (as for the championship) or block play of 19 point games timed 1.5hrs or 13 point games of one hour - depending on the numbers in the block.

Time Limits

Day One: 1 hour per 13 point game. Stop on the bell - play to continue until a hoop is scored for tied games.

Day Two: 4hrs for BO3 matches. During the best of three matches, the players are able to have a 5 minute break between games. There is no lunch break during the 4 hours time limit. Players can have a lunch break between matches.

Day Three: Best of Five final match: 70 minutes for each game with a five minute break between games and a lunch break of 20 minutes if required.

Trophies and/or prizes Perpetual trophies for the Championship and Plate. All winners and runners up will receive a take home trophy.

Practice – 2 - 5pm on Thursday 21 May.

Catering - sandwiches will be available for sale or bring your own lunch. Morning tea will be provided.
